Real Websites designs and delivers a custom website for a flat fee of $500 USD. The work is delivered in 7 business days from the kickoff call. Pricing is exclusive of third-party services (domain, custom hosting beyond the included period, paid integrations).
Custom design, responsive build, mobile optimization, basic SEO setup, contact form, analytics setup, light copy refinement, launch support, performance optimization, and post-launch handoff. Three free changes during the first week after launch; subsequent changes are charged based on size.
Custom illustration, photography, complex e-commerce migrations, third-party integration costs, ongoing maintenance, content writing, and translation. Quotes for these are available separately.
You can pay $500 in full or place a 50% deposit ($250) and pay the balance before launch. Payments are processed by Stripe. Refunds are available if requested before design work begins; once design has started, deposits are non-refundable but credits can be applied to a future project.
The 7-business-day clock starts on the kickoff call once we have your brand assets, content, and discovery questionnaire. Weekends and US holidays don't count. Delays in providing materials shift the launch date. We aim to deliver on day 7 in 95% of projects.
On full payment, you own the website code, design, and content. We retain the right to feature your project in our portfolio and case studies, with your name and a link, unless you opt out.
We make every reasonable effort to deliver a working, accessible, performant site. We are not liable for revenue lost to downtime, third-party service outages (hosting, analytics, payments), or content errors you supplied.
