Privacy policy.

A short, plain-English summary of what we collect, why, and how to reach us about it. The full counsel-reviewed version arrives before public launch.

What we collect

When you submit the intake form or sign in, we collect: your name, email, phone number, business name, industry, current website URL, and any project goals you share. We use Stripe for payments, so payment details are handled directly by Stripe - we never see card numbers.

How we use it

Your information is used solely to deliver your website, communicate about your project, send transactional emails (welcome, design ready, launch), and keep you logged into your client dashboard. We do not sell or rent personal data.

Cookies and analytics

We use first-party cookies for authentication. Optional analytics tools - PostHog, Plausible, and Meta Pixel - are deployed only when configured and respect your browser's Do Not Track preference. Plausible is privacy-friendly and stores no personal data.

Data storage

Project data lives in Supabase (Postgres + Storage) on AWS, and payment records live in Stripe. Both are SOC 2 Type II compliant. Files you upload are stored under project-scoped paths and only accessible to you, your designer, and an admin.

Your rights

Email itamarmeirovichai@gmail.com to request a copy of your data, correct anything inaccurate, or delete your account. We respond within 7 days.
