• 01How fast can my site really go live?

  Seven business days from kickoff. Day 1 is the discovery call, days 2-5 are design and build, day 6 is your review, day 7 we launch. Weekends and holidays don't count. As long as you reply to my questions in 24 hours, the site is live in a week.
• 02What's included in the $500?

  Custom design (no template), responsive build for phone and desktop, basic SEO setup (Schema.org, meta tags, sitemap), a contact form that sends to your email, click-to-call and click-to-text buttons, hosting on a fast global CDN, light copy refinement, and a launch check. Everything you need to start getting calls.
• 03What about changes after launch?

  You get 3 free changes in the first week after launch. Anything after that is charged based on size: small text edit is free, swapping photos is small, adding a new page is medium, rebuilding a section is bigger. I quote each change before I do it, no surprises.
• 04Can I get my money back if I change my mind?

  Yes, before design starts. Once I've started designing your site (typically day 2), the deposit is non-refundable, but I'll credit it toward a future build for you or someone you refer.
• 05Who handles hosting?

  I do. Your site is hosted on a fast global CDN (Cloudflare), included in the $500. No monthly fee from me. If you ever want to move the site to your own host, I'll hand over all the files and instructions, no charge.
• 06What do I need to give you?

  Three things: your brand info (logo if you have one, colors you like), your content (3-6 photos, basic info about your services), and your business details (phone, email, hours, service area). If you don't have all of it, I'll help refine copy and we can use stock photos until you have your own.
• 07Will it show up on Google?

  Out of the gate, your site is set up to rank: structured data, mobile-friendly, fast loading, proper meta tags, and a sitemap submitted to Google. If you have a Google Business profile, I link it. Long-term ranking depends on your service area and competition, but every site starts on a clean technical foundation.
• 08Can I edit the site myself later?

  Yes. After launch you get a simple dashboard to update photos, services, and prices without touching code. For bigger changes, text or call me and I'll handle it.
